Yoman Brahman Stud
Stewart and Stephanie Nobbs operate Yoman Brahman Stud with the help of their children Kelsey, Tom and Lucy.
Yoman has been breeding Brahmans for 30 years, presently running 200 Red and 200 Grey bull breeding cows. Small selections of bulls are kept for the Moura and Rockhampton sales with the remaining bulls sold in the paddock.
Yoman has always been commercially orientated, in the 2005 Callide Dawson Carcase Competition Yoman won single trade heifer or steer carcase with a heifer that went on to become Reserve Champion female carcase.
In the 2006 Carcase Competition Yoman won first in the pen of 3 Jap Ox with 3 purebred Brahman steers.
Yoman Brahmans received 2nd place at the 2009 Callide Dawson Beef Carcass competition for single export heifer.
